Logan City is holding a press conference today. They will probably say about the same as the Salt Lake Tribune article.

Sounds like the magazine will continue. I imagine that former obligations will be honored. Any absence of the new management's presence on the Internet or replies to questions at this point is likely due to legal concerns. I'm sure the Logan Herald Journal will be carrying the story of today's press release: http://hjnews.townnews.com/
