You might check my web page on ordering pension files, or "claims
folders" as the VA calls them, from the VA. Go to <www.kinquest.com>,
choose Other Resources from the menu on the left, and then you'll see
Obtaining old military pension files from the VA in the list. I
suggest you give it another try.
