J Mark Lowe, APG President, was honored as a Fellow of the Utah Genealogical
Association, at UGA's annual meeting in Salt Lake City, on Friday April 9,
2004.

UGA periodically honors living individuals in recognition of their
contributions to the genealogical community in a National or International scope,
through any combination of lecturing, teaching, writing, or society
admininstration.

Congratulations to the newest FUGA.
