Hello List,

I am full of questions today and running on very little sleep, so I hope this comes out right.

When I was at NARA in DC last year for the NIGR conference we were able to order military pension records in the microfilm reading room on the fourth floor and then pick them up in the documents reading room on the second floor. With all of the changes that have taken place recently, what is the current process?
