My only question relates to access.

Since the DAR library is accessible to DAR members and SAR members without expense beyond membership fees, and these were presumably accessible to NGS members without additional expense beyond membership fees, what of those who are not DAR/SAR but who would like to access these files? Will they now be required to pay the admittance fee to visit the library on D Street, or has some agreement been reached between DAR and NGS to allow unfettered access?

Just wondering.
