Ann...these contest widow cases are full of genealogical gems. The files are
usually voluminous. Be sure to get the complete file! Investigators were often
sent out to interview everyone who knew the family - relatives, friends,
neighbors. The files are fascinating. And, as Paula said, these cases are more
often than you might think.
