Bob,

I also called Wilmington last week and was told the same thing. I e-mailed
the main Ramada Inn site (form at
http://www.ramada.com/Ramada/control/email) and made sure I mentioned the
conference.

I received a reply within 24 hours which informed me that rooms were still
available. I made another call to Wilmington and was again told there were
no rooms. I told them I had an e-mail that there were rooms available.
Magically an available room (although it was a smoking one-I'll bring some
Febreeze) appeared.
