I've been mulling this over. Seem like this would be the slow way to go;
but on the other hand, people might like to try it for a few common
ancestors, to see how it would work for them.

Do you have an automatic way to analyze and extract the information?
Because this would be the way to go. Auto-upload, analysis, extraction,
and output.

That sounds useful.

Wouldn't it be good, if a GEDCOM were being uploaded and analyzed, for the
checking to be done at that point against the database? Then the info for
the possible matching individuals could be displayed to the uploader for
comparison. The decision as to whether the individual in question was the
same, would be up to them.

It would be good to have a choice to do it one by one, or in bulk
(GEDCOM). Then people could try out the process with an individual or two.
