Connie,
If I understand it correctly, you have use the same ISP you used to
subscribe, to unsubscribe.
If that's too late, send an e-mail to the specific list-administrator, which
differs per list and is for APG-L (so you figure out
the others), and they can take care of it manually.
In my "List Tools" I cannot see the identities/names of who is subscribed to
APG-L and APG-D, only their e-mail addresses.
Send me an e-mail off-list with the addresses you have problems with for
APG-D or APG-L and I'll take care of it.

Peter-
I don't believe Connie's message was ever posted to the list (the subject of
the message you copied to the list doesn't include the list name prepended) --
I think it was directed only to you, as admin.
If Connie only has a few lists to unsub from at the old ISP/address that she
can no longer send mail from she can write individually to the admins of those
lists, but if she has a whole bunch to be unsubbed from at the old address
she can also contact the RootsWeb HelpDesk at:
http://helpdesk.rootsweb.com/help.cgi and request them to unsub her old address globally from all lists it is
subbed to.
