Connie,

If I understand it correctly, you have use the same ISP you used to
subscribe, to unsubscribe.
If that's too late, send an e-mail to the specific list-administrator, which
differs per list and is for APG-L (so you figure out
the others), and they can take care of it manually.
In my "List Tools" I cannot see the identities/names of who is subscribed to
APG-L and APG-D, only their e-mail addresses.
Send me an e-mail off-list with the addresses you have problems with for
APG-D or APG-L and I'll take care of it.
