Subject: [APG] APG meeting at International Association of Jewish Genealogical Societies' annual conference, July 20, 2003

On Sunday, July 20, 2003, the 23rd annual International Association of
Jewish Genealogical Societies' Conference will begin in Washington, DC for
six days. More than 150 lectures will be presented by dozens of speakers,
including many APG members, from around the world to over 1000 registrants.

On Sunday, July 20, at 1:00 pm a meeting of the Association of Professional
Genealogists will take place at the JW Marriott hotel. Anyone interested in
genealogy as a profession is welcome to attend. Members of APG are
especially urged to attend and to welcome potential future members of the
profession. In addition to the "shmooze" session some early arrivals will be
joining the DC Chapter of APG for their meeting the day before, Saturday,
July 19, from 2-4 PM, at the Martin Luther King Library, 901 G Street NW,
four blocks north of the National Archives. Meeting Topic: "Client Issues:
Setting Fees, Resolving Complaints, Negative Client Reports, and Billing
Practices."
