I have had an inquiry from a gentleman who has what he believes to be a legitimate copy of his family's coat of arms. The quality of the copy is not suitable for framing, and he would like to find somone who could either find or create a better copy.

He lives in Miami, and also has homes in Pennsylvania and New York. But he is willing to work with someone by mail if he can find the right person.

I would appreciate hearing if anyone knows of a person who does this kind of work.
