Hilary, thankyou so much for replying to my request for info on Ethel. I have paid a professional researcher to look up the lists at the PRO at kew but he couldn't find anything. I shan't give up, she was definitely in Rhodesia and working so the info is there it's just knowing where to look or who to ask.
