Hi,

I am new to this mailing list and wondered if anybody was able to help me.

I am looking for my Gt Gt Grandfather William James JOHNSON ( or James William).

I believe he married my Gt GT Grandmother Sarah Ann HAWKINS in 1882 on the Isle of Sheppey. He was a Naval Pensioner living in Gillingham, Kent in 1901 with his family - Mabel, William, Alice, Edith, Nellie and Charles. He may have been born around the 1850's in Sierra Leone according to the 1901 Census.

If anyone has even the slightest piece of information I would be very glad to hear from them.
