Hello Steven

I cant find a birth record for a Francis Morgan so I would assume that he
was not born here. His death record should give his place of birth. I have
not had time to go to the archives for several months but I am hoping to
start again soon. When I do I will look for a death record.

The same goes for Martha Emile De Silva.

There is a record for Francis Garcia Morgan. Born. 14.11.1863 at Mahé.
