Yes, I believe so that they were both Sydney Pool snr & Betzie De Morrell
were born in the Seychelles, Mahe.

I have noticed that on another site that our family name is listed as Pool De
La Fleche, well at least on his younger bother's name Sydney Jr.

Also on that listing Betzie De Morrell, is know as Bessie De Morel

There is another link to another Pool family all born on La Digue.
