Hi Clive

I asked my Mother what she remembers (she's 86now) and she says around 1942
when Archie went out and later sister Jenny around 1960 went out she says
her brother Eric was around 50 at the time and Jenny painted a scene on his
drum before she went Eric was a musician and jenny taught art at Glasgow
High School Mum says she does not remember the stuffed alligator maybe I
imagined that and she does not remember Archie going to South Africa but
maybe one of the other brothers. She does not think that they came back from
the Seychelles but they lost touch over the years.
If your Dunlop Stewart is interested and sees a connection I will give him
a copy of all I have for the whole family.
