Hi List,

Anybody out there with an interest in the surname ABBOTT?
I know of quite a few relatives, mostly descendants of Thomas Abbott
and his wife Petronella Johanna Marthina ("Nellie") Gous who died in
1934 in the great flood, at Gabbagams. (is that the right spelling? how
is it pronounced?)

I already have a gedcom with some of these people but
would like to extend my information and clear up any
inaccuracies. I can e-mail the gedcom on request.

Most of my contacts are elderly people without e-mail.
Mostly in the Windhoek, Zwakopmund and Hentiesbaai
area.

If anybody from these areas are willing to pick up
a list from one of my contacts and e-mail or fax it to me
this will be much appreciated!
