In the South African Archives (Rootsweb Mailing List) some else is also
looking at this family and post the following...

Joseph Henry Reuben BROWN (2Feb1853-19Dec1935) m. (16Aug1883), div.
(1901) Annie Sophia COETSER (11Mar1862-11Oct1958). They had 7 children,
