I endorse all you had to say about Felix. We became friends at USC, I was taking classes there and he taught the unit on African Education. We remained in touch while he was in Washington and exchanged Christmas cards each year.

Before he married Ophelia, he brought her to my home to meet the family .He was awonderful human being with an infectious smile, had a joy for life, and a person I'm happy to have known.
