Subject: Madagascar Betsileo tribe and Botswana/South Africa Connection

Does anyone on the list know anything about the "Betsileo" tribe that lived
in Madagascar at one time?? I am trying to find out if any of these tribe
members could have been taken to South Africa/Botswana area as slaves during
the slave trade (early 1800's). If anyone has any info about this tribe or
any info about the removal of Madagascar people to South Africa please send
me an email.
