Hi List,
I am still seeking to find out information about
Aeneas Campbell, who died in Benin, September 1863.
I know this from an inscription on his parents'
grave.
Otherwise, I do not know why he was in Benin.
Can anyone help with suggestions for me please?

His death is not registered in Scotland (he was
born in Dornoch, Sutherland, Scotland), nor in
England. He may have been in the Navy.
All suggestions welcome.
