Hello Ana,

I am writing a book about the first Africans to arrive in North America. They
were from the Ndongo kingdom of Angola in 1619. My two ancestors who came
with them were Margarida and Joao. They became known in America as Margaret
Cornish and John Geaween. John became the first African American landowner
in North America in 1640. They lived in Virginia and I have traced 14
generations back to them from myself.

Are there many people on the Angola list?
