Subject: Tribute to last Beaubassin residents

The Beaubassin Acadians, including many Bourgeois descendants, were held
prisoners at Fort Lawrence in Beaubassin - now Amherst, Nova Scotia. An
Acadian flag is now flying near the newly built monument which lists the
last known residents of Beaubassin - taken from the refugee list of
1751.
