According to Stephen White, Vol. 2, p. 1240 Jacques parents are not known. He married Jeanne Pellerin abt 1711 (Jetté p. 843 used by White as secondary reference). Jeanne (Francois &
Andrée Martin), b: abt 1676,was the widow of Guillaume Cassie, she died and was buried 5/6 April 1744 according to the Registers of St-Pierre-du-Sud (Official name St-Pierre de la
Rivière-du-Sud, Québec). Present at her funeral were Louis Blanchet & Pierre Morin.
