Folks,

Unfortunately, my optimism was misplaced.

The numberr of fatalities has risen to 33
(thirtythree) and there will be more.

My sincere condolences go out to the family and
friends of the dead and severely injured.

Whatever possesses any human being to commit such
atricities?
