Somebody had forwarded an article by Mark Tully* from this site --
http://www.nwta.com/couriers/6-96/matches.html
I picked up those words from it.
* Mark Tully -- the BBC's former radio-TV correspondent in India. He retired
some years ago, but has stayed on India. He has written several books on
India. He was knighted a couple of years ago. Search the Amazon site for a
list of his books.
