Any foul-mouthed Britisher knows to *roger* someone means to have
sexual intercourse. My question is: Why Roger? Why not Bill? At
least Bill might give you some clue.

While the whole subject of sexual matters is unlit, I don't
remember Roger (or Rodger -- where did that damned 'd' come from)
meaning the sexual member.
